Samson Genya is the founder and CEO of Endlesstec, a Tanzania-based technology consultancy he has led for over a decade, building solutions for clean water access, digital publishing, and regulatory navigation for startups and non-profits. A 2024 Mandela Washington Fellow, 2020 Global Entrepreneur of the Year, and 2025 recipient of Tanzania’s National ICT for Social Impact Award, he also serves as Continental Team Lead at AUDA-NEPAD, advising African Union member states on emerging technology policy. Guided by the belief that “People Matter,” Samson blends strategic thinking with a poet’s voice; using both tech and words to build lasting, people-centered impact across Africa. He is a writer, speaker, artist, engineer, and teacher. He has strengths in Strategic-Thinking domain in CliftonStrengths.
